A simple realization: many people are searching for something deeper than just a workout, something to nourish the essence within. I am so glad your here!

It brings me so much joy & purpose to provide classes. I weave the traditional elements of pranayama and meditation with a real life experience through your accessible asana practice.

I teach from lived experience. I create grounded, welcoming spaces with no performance and no comparison. Honoring presence, clarity, and growth.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just needing a moment to breathe… this practice will bring you back within. It will bring steadiness to your breath, softness to your heart, and a strength in your body. You don’t have to be anything here …just come as you are, and we’ll begin.

There was a time I lived disconnected pushing, performing, just getting through. Through my recovery journey, yoga became my way to land and anchor. Yoga taught me how to listen to my body, my breath, and to life itself. taught me how to slow down, surrender, and rebuild strength from the inside out.

Meeting you in a private grounding practice, in group sessions with high vibe practices among friends, family or with the office tribe for a reset.

You will feel safe to soften and strong enough to rise with intention and a heart centred smile.
